MakanVastu.com is a trade name operated by Sangita Devi in an individual capacity as the Business Operator, with its corporate office at Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram, Haryana 122007, India. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an electronic record and a binding agreement between the person accessing or using the website/application (“User”, “you”) and MakanVastu.com (“we”, “us”, “the platform”). By creating an account, purchasing a map category or membership, generating a plan, submitting a service request, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
You must be legally competent to contract and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
MakanVastu.com provides: (a) automated, rule-based preliminary Vastu-oriented concept plans and digital reports; (b) separately priced map categories and optional membership access; and (c) a technology-enabled enquiry/lead platform for architecture, construction, interiors, repair, maintenance, domestic help and security staffing. Unless expressly stated in a separate written contract, MakanVastu.com is not the architect, structural engineer, contractor, employer, security agency, manpower agency, municipal authority or guarantor of a third-party service provider.
Automatically generated plans, dimensions, Vastu scores, area statements, material estimates, costs, setback/FAR pre-checks, 3D concepts and elevation concepts are preliminary decision-support outputs. They are not sanctioned drawings, structural designs, working drawings, bills of quantities, title certificates, soil reports, fire approvals or guarantees of authority approval. The user must obtain review, correction, signatures and approvals from appropriately licensed professionals and competent authorities before construction, purchase, tendering or execution.
You must provide accurate plot, road, orientation, floor, occupancy and requirement data and must not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or fraudulent activity. You must not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, rate limits or security measures, upload malware, impersonate another person, or present a preliminary plan as an approved professional drawing.
Each map category has its own displayed price, included generation credits, validity, output profile and feature scope. A membership may provide separate generation limits or benefits. A purchase applies only to the selected item and does not automatically include features shown under a higher category. The platform may prospectively change category names, prices, inclusions and availability, but a confirmed paid order will be fulfilled according to the recorded checkout description, subject to these Terms.
Automated 2D output may be delivered immediately after verified payment or eligible credit use. Categories containing 3D visualization, front elevation or professional review may use a hybrid/manual workflow and therefore may require additional information and processing time. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, municipal submission, structural design, site visit, signed certification by a licensed architect, authority sanction, vendor execution and physical delivery are excluded.
PayU is used to load MakanVastu Credits after server-side verification, valid webhook confirmation and transaction reconciliation. MakanVastu.com does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking passwords. A bank debit or browser message alone does not prove a successful load.
MakanVastu Credits are a closed-system, merchant-only accounting balance usable solely for eligible goods or digital/platform services supplied by MakanVastu.com. Credits cannot be transferred to another user, withdrawn as cash, used outside MakanVastu.com, used to pay an independent service provider, or settled to a Partner or Pandit Ji. Independent professional-service fees remain outside the credit system unless a separately approved payment workflow is introduced.
Eligible platform products are purchased only from MakanVastu Credits. The platform may apply conservative limits to loading, outstanding balance, monthly spending and financial-year loading, and may lower or suspend limits for fraud, risk, chargeback, regulatory or payment-network reasons. These internal limits are risk controls and are not represented as mandatory RBI limits for a closed system.
Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable and subject to eligibility, expiry and product restrictions. Refunds of unused paid credits, failed loads, duplicate transactions or undelivered eligible services will be handled according to the published Refund Policy and, where required, returned to the original payment source.
Pandit Ji / religious-service enquiries: the menu and enquiry form may operate without payment collection. Until written PayU category approval is recorded, paid Pandit onboarding, lead unlock, sponsored visibility and ceremony/service collection remain disabled, including through MakanVastu Credits. Free enquiries may be manually matched only to eligible providers in the same State and District.
A Customer may be required to purchase an active Project Support Membership before the support team searches for or assigns a Partner. The membership covers the displayed platform-support features and is separate from Partner work charges. It is generally non-refundable after activation or the first support action, subject to the published policy and non-waivable rights.
For supported projects, quotations, scope, exclusions, variations, milestones and customer approvals must be recorded through the portal. A Partner must not treat unrecorded additional work as customer-approved merely because it was discussed verbally.
If the Customer chooses direct payment to a Partner, payment is made outside MakanVastu.com and the Customer and Partner bear responsibility for beneficiary verification, receipts, taxes, payment recovery and disputes. MakanVastu.com cannot hold, release or refund money it did not collect. This risk acknowledgement does not prevent a lawful complaint or non-waivable remedy.
If protected project payment is enabled, the Customer pays the approved project principal plus the separately disclosed support fee, initially configured at 5%. The displayed “Protected Project Balance” is a reconciliation ledger and not a general-purpose wallet, deposit or prepaid payment instrument. Actual collection, vendor settlement and refunds must be handled through an authorised payment aggregator/marketplace facility. Partner release follows customer milestone approval and a matching authorised settlement reference.
Progress evidence may include media, precise location, timestamp and file hash. These controls help detect misuse but do not guarantee that media is live, unaltered before upload, captured by a particular person, or sufficient proof of construction quality.
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the published Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
Profiles, quotations, ratings, document indicators and availability may be supplied by third parties and must be independently verified before engagement. A listing or “verified” indicator does not guarantee competence, conduct, police clearance, insurance, licensing, availability or outcome. Separate written scope, price, timeline, safety, labour, material, warranty and cancellation terms should be agreed directly with the provider.
Where the customer gives the separate checkout consent, a paid map-category order may create an exclusive partner enquiry. Approved partners initially see the customer name and selected map category only. Phone/email are disclosed to the first approved partner whose wallet debit and exclusive purchase are successfully committed. The enquiry then becomes unavailable to all other partners. Partner wallet lead charges buy platform access to that specific contact and do not guarantee response, appointment, contract, revenue or project award. Partners must not share, resell or use unlocked contact data for unrelated marketing.
Partner access is subject to the separate Partner Agreement, Verification & Badge Policy and Complaint/Suspension Policy. Mandatory onboarding may include private document upload, platform review and a paid membership. A Normal or Verified badge is a time-limited platform indicator and not a government certification, guarantee or warranty. A customer complaint may temporarily suspend a Partner’s lead access while evidence is fairly reviewed; permanent blocking follows a substantiated finding or other independently established serious breach.
Customers must follow the Customer Marketplace Safety Policy, independently verify Partner credentials and use truthful complaint mechanisms. Knowingly false or malicious complaints, retaliation, harassment, data misuse and document forgery are prohibited.
MakanVastu.com software, branding, templates, rule sets and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Upon valid purchase, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered report for the stated personal/project evaluation purpose. Resale, mass redistribution, removal of legal notices, scraping, reverse engineering or using the output to train a competing system is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.
Personal data and consent records are handled according to the Privacy Policy. You consent to receiving transaction, security, service and legally required communications electronically. Acceptance records may include policy version, timestamp, account, IP address, user-agent, selected product, amount and order metadata.
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features for security, compliance, technical or commercial reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Where a paid entitlement is materially affected by a verified platform defect, remedies will be considered under the Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MakanVastu.com against losses arising from your unlawful use, false inputs, misrepresentation of a preliminary plan as sanctioned, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.
The platform and preliminary outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. No representation is made that a plan is structurally safe, sanctionable, suitable for a specific soil/site, compliant with every local rule, religiously authoritative, or guaranteed to produce a particular Vastu, commercial or construction outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MakanVastu.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; construction defects; injury; municipal rejection; title dispute; provider/worker conduct; delay; loss of profit; or reliance on unverified information. For a paid digital claim directly attributable to MakanVastu.com, aggregate contractual liability shall ordinarily not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected map-category order or membership, except where such limitation is prohibited by law or liability arises from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable grounds.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Complaints should first be submitted through the published grievance channel with sufficient transaction details. Subject to mandatory consumer forums, statutory authorities and any other non-waivable jurisdiction, platform disputes will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction at Patna, Bihar.

MakanVastu.com provides a moderated directory in which eligible companies, enterprises, agencies and professionals may publish business profiles. Every listed provider remains independent and is responsible for its profile, licences, quotation, personnel, service delivery, invoices, taxes, warranties and customer contract. Publication, a Normal Partner badge or a Verified Partner badge is not an endorsement, guarantee, government certification or assurance of outcome. Customers must conduct their own due diligence.
Unless a separately approved protected-payment workflow is expressly shown and accepted, payments for provider work are made directly between customer and provider. MakanVastu.com does not hold, settle or refund such direct payments. Payments collected by MakanVastu.com are limited to the digital planning products, memberships, platform credits and support services described at checkout.
Users may choose device-assisted local results, enter a manual location or continue after declining device location. Directory results may use the chosen state, district, city, partner-approved service radius, service category and clearly labelled sponsored placement. Users can search another state, district or keyword at any time. Location ranking is a convenience feature and not a guarantee of availability, licence, suitability, response or service quality.
Partner service credits are closed-loop, non-transferable and non-withdrawable and may be used only for eligible platform services. Standard lead unlocks debit the displayed amount only after successful exclusive purchase. A qualifying sponsored campaign uses included lead quota instead of the standard debit. Advertising does not guarantee impressions, leads, revenue or appointment.
After an eligible purchased enquiry, a Partner may submit a versioned quotation through the portal. The Customer receives an in-dashboard notification and may approve, reject or request revision; the platform does not email the quotation. The quotation is issued by the independent Partner, not by MakanVastu.com, unless expressly stated otherwise. A dashboard decision is an audit record and not a guarantee, service contract, licence verification or payment instruction. If the parties proceed directly outside an approved protected-payment workflow, they are responsible for beneficiary verification, written contract, taxes, receipts, payment collection, refunds, work quality, defects, warranty and default. MakanVastu.com cannot release, recover or refund money it did not collect.
Partner sessions may automatically expire after the configured inactivity period. Users must protect credentials and sign out from shared devices. Security controls reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of unauthorised use.
