A Project Support Membership is a paid platform-support service. It provides the displayed number of project entitlements, partner-search assistance, quotation and approval workflow, progress monitoring tools, complaint intake and payment-workflow coordination. Partner labour, material, design, construction and other field-service charges are separate.
The membership begins only after verified payment or an authorised platform credit. A supported-project request consumes an entitlement and records the first support action. Accurate project, address, budget and contact details are required.
The fee is generally non-refundable after activation and especially after the first partner-search, project review, matching or other support action has begun. Before activation, a refund may be considered under the Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy. This clause does not restrict remedies for duplicate or failed payment, non-activation, proven platform deficiency, fraud, or any right that cannot legally be waived.
Membership does not guarantee that a particular partner will accept the project, that the customer will approve a quote, that construction will start, or that a project will be completed within a particular price or time. The support team facilitates discovery and recorded workflow; the customer and independent partner remain responsible for the approved field-service contract.
After quote approval, the customer must choose either direct partner payment or protected project payment. The risks, fees, settlement and refund rules are explained in the Protected Project Payment Policy and must be separately accepted.
Fraud, false complaints, harassment, chargeback abuse, unauthorised data sharing or using one entitlement for multiple unrelated projects may lead to investigation, access restriction or cancellation, subject to applicable law and grievance review.
