This Cancellation Policy explains when an order or service request placed on MakanVastu.com may be cancelled.
An unused digital package or membership may be cancelled within 24 hours of verified payment or before activation/first use, whichever occurs earlier. Cancellation is no longer ordinarily available after a plan/report has been generated or downloaded, a generation credit has been consumed, or membership/support activity has started.
A category involving architect review, 3D visualisation, elevation, customisation or other manual work may be cancelled before the assigned professional starts work. After work begins, cancellation may still be requested, but completed work and committed non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
A free marketplace enquiry can be withdrawn before a provider is formally appointed. Where a customer has entered into a separate quotation, booking or contract with an independent provider, cancellation is governed by that provider agreement. MakanVastu.com cannot cancel or refund a direct payment that it did not collect.
Offline test orders or other unpaid orders may be cancelled before payment verification. An unpaid cancellation has no refund amount. Duplicate or suspicious pending orders may also be cancelled by the platform review team.
Create a ticket through the Contact page within the applicable time window. Include the registered name, email/mobile, order number, selected product/service, payment date and reason. We aim to acknowledge the request immediately through a ticket and review a complete request within 3 business days.
Where cancellation is approved and money was collected, refund eligibility, mode and timing are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Approved online-payment refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
We may cancel an order for pricing/configuration error, duplicate order, suspected fraud, unlawful use, unavailable/manual deliverable, inaccurate material information or technical impossibility. If a verified payment was collected and the customer is not at fault, the undelivered eligible amount will be refunded under the Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
A pending partner membership order may be cancelled before verified payment. A paid membership request may be cancelled before activation by submitting the order reference through the support ticket system. After digital listing/access activation, cancellation stops future use or renewal but does not create an automatic refund; any eligible refund is assessed under the Return & Refund Policy.
