This Partner Agreement governs applications, document verification, membership, lead access and service conduct by architects, engineers, contractors, interior providers, maintenance providers, staffing agencies, security agencies and other service partners (“Partner”). It supplements the general Terms, Privacy Policy, Verification & Badge Policy, Lead Purchase Terms and Complaint/Suspension Policy.
The Partner operates as an independent professional/business and not as an employee, agent, franchisee, representative or joint-venture partner of MakanVastu.com. No Partner may bind MakanVastu.com, collect money in MakanVastu.com’s name, issue a company guarantee, use the MakanVastu.com brand outside permitted platform use, or represent that MakanVastu.com has certified any project outcome.
The Partner must provide accurate identity, address, business, bank, tax, licence, qualification, insurance and background-verification information applicable to the selected service category. Documents must be genuine, current, lawfully obtained and lawfully shareable. Forgery, material omission, impersonation, expired or altered documents, false experience claims and misleading licence claims are grounds for rejection, suspension, permanent blocking, forfeiture of platform privileges, reporting to competent authorities and recovery of loss to the extent permitted by law.
Only masked identity information should be submitted where full identifiers are unnecessary. A masked Aadhaar copy, if voluntarily used, must conceal the first eight digits; the platform does not require an unmasked Aadhaar number. Partners must not upload passwords, OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs or unrelated personal data. Documents are retained and accessed according to the Privacy Policy, legal necessity, verification, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable retention obligations.
An active paid Partner Membership is mandatory for lead access. Membership payment does not guarantee approval, Verified Partner status, availability of leads, customer response, appointment, contract, revenue or project award. Membership may be suspended when the account is under complaint, risk, compliance or document review. Unless required by non-waivable law or an established platform error, consumed membership time and lead-unlock charges are not refundable merely because no business was obtained.
A Normal Partner badge indicates that the Partner has met the minimum platform approval conditions recorded at that time. A Verified Partner badge indicates enhanced platform checks and an eligible Verified Membership. Neither badge is a government licence, police clearance, guarantee, warranty, insurance confirmation, endorsement of competence or assurance of future conduct. Customers must independently verify current licences, qualifications, scope, quotation, insurance and site suitability before engagement.
Lead information may be used only to respond to the stated customer enquiry. A Partner must not scrape, resell, redistribute, publish, profile, spam or use customer data for unrelated marketing. Contact unlock is personal to the purchasing Partner account and may not be shared outside authorised staff who need it for the stated service and are bound by equivalent confidentiality. The Partner must delete or securely archive contact data when no longer required, subject to lawful recordkeeping.
Before starting work, the Partner and customer should execute a separate written agreement covering scope, drawings/specifications, price, taxes, milestone payments, materials, labour, access, safety, schedule, variations, cancellation, warranty, insurance, dispute handling and statutory approvals. Unless expressly collected through a MakanVastu.com payment product, all direct payments are between customer and Partner. Partners must issue lawful receipts/invoices and must not request OTP, PIN, remote-screen access or payment to unrelated accounts.
The Partner is solely responsible for professional competence, licences, registrations, supervision, labour compliance, employee/worker verification, wages, insurance, safety equipment, site security, tax compliance and lawful service delivery. Architecture/engineering work must be performed and signed only by appropriately registered/licensed persons. Security agencies must maintain applicable licences and staffing records. Domestic-help/staffing providers must follow lawful recruitment and verification practices and must not engage in trafficking, bonded labour, child labour or discriminatory/unlawful conduct.
Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, unsafe work, theft, bribery, kickbacks, fake reviews, bid manipulation, misleading pricing, bait-and-switch, hidden charges, misuse of customer data, off-platform solicitation designed to evade recorded platform charges, document forgery, subletting the Partner account and retaliation against a complainant.
A customer complaint may trigger immediate temporary suspension of lead access to protect users and evidence while a fair review is conducted. Temporary suspension is not a final finding. MakanVastu.com may request documents, communications, invoices, payment records and a written response. If a complaint is substantiated, the Partner may be warned, restricted, required to remedy/refund, downgraded, permanently blocked or reported to authorities. Rejected complaints may result in restoration, subject to other open matters and document/membership eligibility. Appeals must use the grievance channel within the stated communication period.
MakanVastu.com may refuse, pause, limit or remove a Partner account or category for security, compliance, capacity, reputation, document, complaint or commercial reasons, subject to applicable law and fair internal review. Approval in one service category does not approve all services, branches, staff or locations.
To the extent permitted by law, the Partner will indemnify MakanVastu.com and its officers against third-party claims, regulatory action, losses and reasonable costs arising from the Partner’s fraud, negligence, unsafe work, legal non-compliance, worker conduct, privacy breach, tax/labour default, document misrepresentation or breach of this Agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from MakanVastu.com’s own fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-waivable statutory responsibility.
The Partner must preserve relevant quotations, contracts, invoices, consent, service records and complaint evidence for the legally required period and cooperate with lawful audits, regulators, law enforcement and dispute-resolution bodies. MakanVastu.com may maintain acceptance, device, IP, wallet, lead, document-review and complaint audit records.
Indian law applies. Partner grievances and appeals must quote the application, lead, quotation, change-request or complaint code and be submitted through the contact form or sent to grievance@makanvastu.com. Subject always to mandatory consumer forums, statutory authorities and any other non-waivable jurisdiction, disputes arising from this platform Partner Agreement will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction at Patna, Bihar.
The Partner's public profile, ordinary lead eligibility and advertising eligibility are restricted to the Admin-approved service categories, state, district and coverage rule recorded in the account. A Partner must submit a controlled change request before adding or removing a category, changing district/state, or changing an approved radius. MakanVastu.com may require current licence, registration, qualification, experience, branch, address, staffing or other authorised proof. A submitted request does not change the live profile. Only an Admin-approved request applies the new data, and the previous and proposed snapshots may remain in the audit history.
Edits to a published Business Listing are staged for Admin review. The existing approved listing remains live until approval. A change to address, city, district, state, PIN code or map coordinates requires current authorised address/location proof. A new logo or other supporting file may also be reviewed before publication. MakanVastu.com may keep the listing pending, reject an unsupported request or request additional evidence. These controls assist traceability but do not guarantee that fraud cannot occur.
A Partner may submit an advertising request before all prerequisites are complete, but activation is available only after Admin approval, a published listing, clear compliance status, approved category and matching approved state/district. An approved request authorises purchase of the specified moderated campaign using eligible MakanVastu Credits. Advertising does not guarantee ranking, impressions, enquiries, response, revenue or appointment. Paid Pandit Ji visibility and paid lead monetisation remain disabled unless the platform has recorded the required written payment-gateway category approval.
After purchasing an eligible enquiry, a Partner may submit a versioned quotation in the dashboard stating scope, exclusions, amount, estimated duration, validity, warranty and payment terms. The customer receives an in-dashboard notification only; the platform does not send the quotation by email. The customer may approve, reject or request a revision and may provide a reason. A dashboard approval is an electronic audit record of the customer's stated decision, not a certification of scope, quality, price, licence, safety or legal compliance. The Partner and customer remain responsible for a separate written service contract, invoices, taxes, direct payments, statutory approvals, performance, warranty, refunds and disputes. MakanVastu.com is not the contractor, guarantor or recipient of third-party professional fees unless a separately approved platform payment workflow expressly states otherwise.
Where enabled for Partner security, valid credentials are followed by a current device-location check and express consent. The event may record coordinates, accuracy, time, IP address and user-agent to investigate unauthorised account access. It is not proof of identity, work attendance or service delivery. If location access is unavailable for a legitimate reason, an authorised Admin may grant a time-limited, reason-recorded exemption. General customer login is not subject to this Partner-only control.
Uploaded KYC and supporting documents are private, access-controlled and encrypted at rest where the platform configuration supports it. The Partner authorises limited Admin access for manual reading and verification. Admin may record a structured summary, relevant reference, holder name, dates, address and review notes. Platform review is not a legal opinion, government authentication or guarantee that a document is genuine. When a current document is rejected with a reason, the Partner may upload a corrected replacement. The rejected version may remain marked as replaced in the audit history and will not satisfy the current verification checklist.
The current-camera workflow validates that an allowed image file was submitted and stores integrity information. An authorised reviewer records whether one clear human face is present, no face is present, multiple faces appear or the image is unclear. MakanVastu.com does not infer or record whether the person is a man or woman, and does not use facial recognition to establish identity in this workflow. The Partner must consent before capture and must not submit another person's image without lawful authority.
No website can promise zero cyber risk. Access controls, encryption, hashes, audit records, restricted review and retention-review dates reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Partners must upload only necessary, authorised and appropriately masked information. Records may be retained for active verification, fraud prevention, complaints, disputes, legal obligations and documented audit needs, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation under the applicable retention process. Suspected incidents are handled under the platform incident-response process and applicable law.
