This Policy explains document requirements, badge meaning and verification limitations.
Core onboarding normally requires PAN/tax identity, address proof, bank proof and applicant photo/business logo. Non-individual entities must also provide registration/incorporation proof. Applicable categories must provide professional/trade licences; staffing/security categories must provide police/background-verification evidence and applicable agency licences. GST, insurance and additional records may be required based on turnover, service category, location or risk.
Uploaded files are private and are available only to the Partner and authorised review personnel. Verification may include visual checks, registry checks, issuer confirmation, video/physical verification, reference calls and re-verification. MakanVastu.com may reject illegible, expired, inconsistent, suspicious or excessive documents.
A Normal Partner has completed minimum onboarding, has verified mandatory documents, an approved application, clear risk status and an active Normal or eligible membership. It does not imply government certification or guarantee.
A Verified Partner has completed enhanced checks, holds an active Verified Partner Membership and has the Verified badge approved through platform review. The badge can be removed immediately if a licence expires, material information changes, a serious complaint is received, membership expires or re-verification fails.
Customers must independently confirm current registration/licence, identity, address, insurance, quotation, written contract, bank beneficiary, staff identity and site-specific competence. Never share OTP/PIN or pay an unrelated beneficiary.
Verification reduces risk but cannot predict future conduct, workmanship, solvency, availability or safety. The badge is a time-limited platform indicator based on records available at review time.
