Use the Contact page or email the grievance address. Include registered contact details, order/request number, clear description, relevant dates and supporting screenshots/documents. Never send passwords, OTP, CVV or UPI PIN.
Customer complaints submitted through the dashboard temporarily suspend the Partner’s new-lead access while facts are reviewed. Partners may respond or appeal by quoting the complaint code and supplying lawful evidence. Permanent blocking should follow a substantiated finding or another independently established serious breach.
We will acknowledge and examine the grievance, seek additional information where needed, coordinate with relevant gateway/provider, and communicate the disposition within the period applicable under law and the nature of the issue. Complex payment, fraud, third-party or legal matters may require external verification.
If unresolved, eligible consumers may use the National Consumer Helpline or approach the competent Consumer Commission/authority. Data protection grievances may be escalated to the competent statutory mechanism when available and applicable, after using the platform grievance channel as required.
