If the customer pays a partner outside the MakanVastu.com checkout or approved payment flow, that money is not held, verified, released or refunded by MakanVastu.com. The customer and partner are responsible for receipts, taxes, payment milestones, recovery and disputes. MakanVastu.com may still provide complaint intake and platform-account action, and this acknowledgement does not remove statutory rights against any responsible party.
Protected payment is available only when an authorised payment aggregator and marketplace/vendor settlement facility is approved and enabled. The customer pays the approved quotation principal plus the separately disclosed platform support fee, currently disclosed by the platform before payment. The website displays a project ledger for reconciliation; it is not a bank account, deposit, stored-value PPI or general-purpose wallet.
The partner uploads dated work notes, photo/video evidence, location coordinates and integrity metadata. The customer reviews and approves the milestone. Settlement to the partner is then initiated or recorded through the authorised payment partner. GPS, browser camera capture and file hashes help integrity review but do not conclusively prove work quality, identity or location.
No project charge or variation is binding through the platform until the partner submits a written quotation/scope and the customer records approval. Additional work requires a revised quotation or recorded variation approval. Verbal conversations should be reduced to writing in the project portal.
Refund requests apply only to unreleased principal. For an eligible customer-requested cancellation, a deduction of up to the displayed cap—currently 2%—may be considered only for actual, non-recoverable processing cost and is subject to evidence and applicable law. It should not be applied where the partner or platform is at fault, the transaction failed or duplicated, the service is deficient, or law/payment-network rules require a full refund. Approved refunds are normally routed through the authorised payment partner to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative belonging to the same payer is requested and supported.
A complaint may pause future milestone release while evidence is reviewed. MakanVastu.com’s internal decision controls platform access and payment-workflow instructions only; courts, consumer authorities, police, licensing bodies and other competent authorities retain their lawful powers.
Until vendor KYC, split/deferred settlements, refund and reconciliation facilities are approved and technically configured, protected payment must remain disabled or test-only. Test funding records do not collect or move real money.
