Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility and independent status
The program is voluntary and intended for legally competent India-resident account holders aged 18 years or above, unless MakanVastu.com approves another arrangement in writing. An affiliate is an independent promoter and is not an employee, agent, franchisee, partner, representative or person authorised to bind MakanVastu.com. No fixed income, minimum sales, employment benefit or business success is promised.
2. Separate acceptance and version control
The affiliate must accept the current version through the signed-in dashboard. Acceptance is recorded with account, version, date/time, IP address, device/browser information and the commercial schedule shown at acceptance. A material update may require fresh acceptance. Until then, new attribution, commission or payout activity may be paused without deleting prior records.
3. Mandatory advertising disclosure
Every post, video, message, page or other promotion carrying an affiliate link or commercial recommendation must clearly and prominently disclose the relationship using a label such as Affiliate, Ad, Sponsored or an equivalent disclosure in the same language as the promotion. The disclosure must be easy to notice before or with the recommendation and must not be hidden only in a profile, at the end, behind “more”, or inside unrelated hashtags.
4. Truthful and permission-based promotion
The affiliate may use only current, accurate platform information and approved brand material. Spam, unsolicited bulk WhatsApp/SMS/email/calls, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, pop-under redirects, fake reviews, impersonation, domain or social-handle confusion, misleading discounts, fabricated urgency, guaranteed Vastu/construction/income claims, unauthorised trademark bidding, coupon manipulation and unlawful scraping are prohibited.
5. Referral attribution
The platform may store the referral code for the displayed attribution period. Attribution is determined by the platform's server records and may reflect the last eligible referral code presented before account creation; once a referred account is validly attached, later links do not necessarily replace it. Cookies can be blocked, removed, overwritten or expire. A click, enquiry, registration or quotation alone never creates commission.
6. Eligible commission
Commission is recorded only for an enabled product category after successful server-side payment verification and subject to the rate captured for that transaction. MakanVastu Credits loads, promotional credits, direct customer-to-partner payments, test/sandbox/COD transactions, self-purchases, related duplicate accounts, failed or unpaid orders, excluded products and purchases outside valid attribution are ineligible.
7. Pending validation, rejection and reversal
Commission remains pending during the displayed validation hold. It may be rejected or reversed for cancellation, refund, chargeback, duplicate payment, pricing correction, technical duplication, fraud, policy breach, invalid attribution, related-party/self-referral, unauthorised claims or an ineligible source transaction. Where a later chargeback or lawful correction occurs after payout, the amount may be adjusted against future earnings or recovered through a documented process, subject to applicable law.
8. Payout profile and PayU Payouts
Payout requires an active affiliate account, current terms acceptance, the minimum available balance, verified PAN/KYC and a beneficiary destination in the account holder's authorised name. Payout may be sent by UPI or bank rail through PayU Payouts or by a controlled manual bank transfer with recorded reference. PayU Hosted Checkout credentials are not payout credentials. A payout request is not complete merely because it is submitted; success is recorded only after the gateway/bank confirmation or verified manual UTR.
9. Tax, TDS, GST and net amount
Dashboard commission is the contractual gross amount before applicable withholding unless expressly stated otherwise. MakanVastu.com may deduct TDS or other statutory amounts at the applicable rate and threshold and may require a valid PAN. The affiliate is responsible for income-tax returns and, where applicable, GST registration and a valid tax invoice. GST is not automatically added to dashboard commission unless MakanVastu.com has expressly agreed in writing and a compliant invoice is provided. Any payout-processing charge passed to the affiliate must be disclosed before confirmation; otherwise ordinary payout processing may be borne by the platform at its discretion.
10. Customer and personal data
The affiliate has no right to receive customer passwords, payment credentials, KYC documents or unnecessary personal data. Referral information may be used only for the program and must not be sold, scraped, enriched or used for unrelated marketing. Payout/KYC information is processed for verification, tax, fraud prevention, accounting and payment purposes under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Brand and content licence
The affiliate receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved MakanVastu.com names and creatives solely for compliant promotion. The affiliate must not register confusing domains/handles, alter legal disclaimers, present itself as official customer support, copy the website, run deceptive ads or issue invoices/receipts on behalf of MakanVastu.com.
12. Monitoring, evidence and audit
MakanVastu.com may review referral, account, payment, device, IP, campaign and payout records for attribution, security, compliance and dispute resolution. The affiliate must preserve material promotion evidence and provide it when reasonably requested. Automated risk flags are not final proof; material adverse action may be reviewed through the grievance process.
13. Suspension and termination
The platform may suspend new referrals, commission release or payout where fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, data misuse, security risk, KYC mismatch, unlawful content or material breach is reasonably suspected. Undisputed, lawfully earned amounts will be handled under the applicable terms after review. The affiliate may stop promoting at any time and request account closure subject to outstanding tax, audit, payout, dispute and legal-retention requirements.
14. Changes to rates and program
Program availability, eligible products, rates, attribution window, validation hold, payout threshold and operational rules may change prospectively. The dashboard and terms page display current settings. MakanVastu.com may pause the program without deleting existing commission and payout records. No affiliate has a permanent right to any future rate.
15. No professional or outcome representation
An affiliate must not provide architectural, engineering, legal, financial or regulatory advice on behalf of MakanVastu.com. Preliminary Vastu-oriented plans are not sanctioned architectural, structural or construction drawings. Affiliates must not guarantee authority approval, construction result, savings, customer leads, income or partner performance.
16. Grievances, governing law and jurisdiction
Questions or disputes should first use the published support and grievance process with the affiliate code and relevant commission/payout number. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Contractual jurisdiction is intended for competent courts at Patna, Bihar, but remains subject to non-waivable statutory, consumer, tax and other legal rights that may apply.
17. Acceptance declaration
By accepting in the dashboard, the user confirms that the information supplied is accurate, that the user has read these complete terms, will make clear affiliate disclosures, will not use spam or self-referrals, accepts validation/reversal rules, and understands that payout is subject to KYC, tax/TDS, beneficiary verification and successful bank/gateway processing.
